This May 7, 2015, the first Thursday, will again be National Day of Prayer. Smith County will again hold an all day pray celebration at the County Courthouse Square in Tyler. Prayer, music and speakers will continue throughout the day at the Square, from nine in the morning until nine at night.

Event organizer Lori Harris of Kerygma Texas said,“We really pray the Lord would come down in power and Glory here. That evil would be squelched and there would be unity in the body of Christ.” For the third year the highlight will be an ecumenical noon hour.

See the 2013 Facebook photo album.

Each hour of the day from 9AM to 9PM will be led by a different Smith County church or ministry. See the time schedule for presenters below. All are welcome to participate any time of the day.  We would like all believers to be represented. Call Lori @ 903-343-3567 for questions.

Videos and other information can be downloaded for your bulletin from the National Day of Prayer website.
